RARE DISCOVERY CONSULTING STEWARDSHIP CHARTER Version 1.0 | November 3, 2026 PURPOSE AND CURRENT STAGE We are building a faith-guided investment and venture-building platform focused on technology that advances human flourishing through healthcare, work, education, and essential services. This charter sets foundational commitments for that work; it does not certify an established investment process or report investment results. 1. PROTECT HUMAN DIGNITY Consider patients, workers, students, and communities alongside customers and shareholders. Examine access, affordability, privacy, and the consequences of automation. 2. PRACTICE FINANCIAL STEWARDSHIP Match spending and growth ambitions to available resources. Evaluate financial sustainability, time horizons, and downside risk alongside the intended benefit. 3. TELL THE TRUTH Substantiate product and impact claims. Describe our role in each venture accurately, make conflicts visible, and acknowledge what the evidence does not yet show. 4. DISCLOSE CONFLICTS OF INTEREST Make ownership, advisory, and financial relationships clear. Where interests overlap, identify the conflict and establish an appropriate review before committing capital. 5. LEAD THROUGH SERVICE Listen to the people affected by a product. Seek fair treatment, channels for concerns, and a willingness to correct decisions that cause harm. 6. RESPECT FREEDOM OF CONSCIENCE Our Christian faith guides our conduct. Our commitment to dignity extends to people of every faith and none, without religious pressure on employees or customers. WHERE WE DRAW THE LINE We will decline opportunities whose business model depends on deception, exploitation, coercion, or misuse of personal data. When a product creates risks for workers or vulnerable people, a credible plan to address those risks is part of the investment case. MEASUREMENT Our proposed measures pair commercial progress with human outcomes. We intend to tailor measures to each venture, identify baselines, and examine both benefits and harms. Proposed measures are not portfolio results. QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS Contact info@rarediscoveryconsulting.com to discuss these commitments or raise a concern. Future revisions should identify their version and date.
